Inquiries and newsletter interest
When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, business email, company, company website, role, team size, where you want the audit to start and which plan interests you (when you choose them), stated goal and contact consent so we can review and respond. When the anti-spam check is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated submissions. Where confirmation is enabled we email you a link to confirm the request; an unconfirmed request is not reviewed and is deleted after 7 days, and "Not me" deletes it at once. The newsletter launch list stores your email and newsletter consent separately. Joining that list does not confirm an active newsletter subscription or a pilot place.
Inquiry records are stored in our application database. If notification delivery is configured, an email service delivers the inquiry notification to our team. When an advisor accepts your request, your name, role, work email, company and stated goal are shared with that advisor's workspace so they can contact you. Requests that do not go ahead are deleted 180 days after the last activity. Please do not put confidential client information or sensitive personal information into the public forms.
If an advisor contacted you
Advisors use DutyGraph to prepare a short, private preview of a company from public sources and to write to people they have a business reason to contact. The advisor's firm is responsible for that note (DutyGraph processes the data for the firm). An advisor workspace stores your name, title, work email, the reason the firm recorded for contacting you, the notes it sent and the private link it shared. We never use personal or financial details in those notes.
Every note has an unsubscribe link, and every private page has a "Stop emails" link. An opt-out is honoured across the advisor's whole firm and, for unsubscribes, across DutyGraph, and is kept only as a one-way code so your address is not stored in plain text. Contacts who never engage are anonymised 180 days after the last activity; private-link contents and note copies are removed 30 days after the link expires. To ask what is held about you, or to have it erased, reply to the advisor or email us.
Who is responsible for your information. For requests submitted on this website, DutyGraph (Tier 4 Intelligence) decides how the information is used and is responsible for it. For advisor outreach and audits, the advisor's firm is responsible, and DutyGraph stores and processes the information on the firm's behalf and only on its instructions. Retention periods are the ones stated above; data in an advisor workspace is kept for as long as the firm's agreement with us runs and deleted within 30 days after it ends, unless the firm asks us to delete it sooner. DutyGraph is operated from the United States. If you are in the UK or the EU, email us to ask about the safeguards that apply to transfers of your information.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is available on public marketing pages only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures which public pages are viewed, worksheet downloads, entry into the fictional demo, and inquiry form starts and successful receipts. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, employee transcripts or task-card evidence in these analytics events.
Our events use the public page address without query strings or fragments, and do not include the referring page address. Google receives technical connection information when an allowed analytics request reaches its service and may use analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our implementation.
These measurements describe consenting visitors and successful receipts, including repeat inquiries. They are not a count of unique qualified leads, booked meetings or delivered emails.

Your choices
Choose No thanks to continue without loading the Google tag. You can change your decision using Analytics choices in the footer when analytics is configured. We remember the choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage also resets it. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page.
We honor Global Privacy Control and the browser's Do Not Track setting by keeping optional analytics off. Withdrawing consent stops our subsequent analytics events and removes the analytics cookies our page can access. It does not delete data previously received by Google.
Private workspaces
This public-site analytics code is not installed in login, private participant links or authenticated company workspaces. Workspaces and participant responses have separate access controls and operational records. This page describes public website measurement; it is not a substitute for an organization's pilot agreement or data-processing arrangements.
Service providers
We use these providers to run DutyGraph. Each receives only what it needs for its task.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Neon: application database.
- Resend: email delivery.
- Stripe: card payments, when you pay by card.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: spam checks on public forms, when switched on.
- Google Analytics: public-site measurement, only if you allow it.
- OpenAI and Exa: drafting and public-source research for advisors.
- TypeSafe (typesafe.ai): judgment on research and outreach drafts, only when an advisor's firm turns it on. People are replaced by roles and no email addresses are sent.
