- Whole company · audit: For a CEO or PE operating partner. A map of every role, duty and core process, the places where the business depends on one person, and a ranked plan for the first changes. Indicatively 6 weeks.
- AI agent governance pilot: For security, identity and internal audit. One division: an inventory of AI agents and their owners, segregation-of-duties checks before approval, and an audit packet. About 30 days. See the governance pilot.
- Living DutyGraph: After the first audit, the record stays current with monthly reviews and updates. 12-month minimum, 30 days' notice.
Durations are indicative and depend on your team's availability. The price is confirmed after we see your team list: we never price from an estimated headcount.

Cancellation
Living DutyGraph starts after the initial audit and is billed monthly, with a 12-month minimum term. After the minimum term you can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice, and service ends at the end of that billing period. Your report and work map stay available to download for 90 days after service ends.
